It's Comic Con Time

It's that time of year again when comic and pop culture fans everywhere head out to sunny San Diego for the annual Comic Con International. It's a crazy several days for everyone there but it's always a good time. I've only been once, in 2000, and had a great time. Here's the program from that year, with art by William Stout.

My pal Neato Coolville went in 2004 and got me this cool program featuring the work of Jack "King" Kirby.

Through the years I've also bought a couple of other programs from past years. I especially like the 1986 program with art by John Romita, Sr.

This 25th anniversary program had a lot of great historical info on the show and the cool Simpsons cover just added to the special occasion.

Hopefully I can go back some year but thanks to the internet I can follow the show pretty closely from my computer desk. All I can say is that it'll be a great time for everyone there.
